Kirti Finvest - Board Meeting on Oct 29, 2009

Kirti Finvest Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 29, 2009, to seek consent of the Members of the Company through Postal Ballot for the following items:

1. To change the name of the Company from Kirti Finvest Ltd to Sagar Productions Ltd.

2. To change the Main Object of the Company from its present Objects to new Objects in order to be in sync with the new name of the Company.
