Cals Refineries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 27, 2009, inter alia, has considered and approved the disclosures required under Clause 41(IV)(e) of the Listing Agreement for the Quarter ended September 30, 2009.
