India Cements Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held October 28, 2009, the Company's Board -

1. Recorded the appointment of Mr. K. P. Nair by IDRI Bank Ltd. on Company's Board with effect from October 14, 2009 and

2. co-opted Mr. Arun Datta as a Director of the Company.
