Moving Picture - Result of Postal Ballot

Moving Picture Company India Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have approved the Special Resolution for change in main object by inserting and adopting two Object clauses relating to event management and digital content in Sub Clause A of the Object Clause of Main Objects under Clause 14 and 15, with requisite majority.
