With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled 'For sale' sign at Vishal, promoter may leave , Vishal Retail Ltd has clarified to BSE that the Company's management completely firmly disagree with such statement wherein the news that the current promoter may have to completely exit, as per the structures. All such statements made are totally groundless, artificial, counterfeited and future the management plan to investigate the facts from where the rumors occurred.
