ACC - Change in Directorate

ACC Ltd has informed BSE about the following changes in Company's Directorate :

1. Mr. Kuldip Kaura has been appointed as an Independent Director in the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Mrs. Shikha Sharma.

2. Mr. Onne van der Weijde has ceased to be a Director of the Company with immediate effect consequent to his resignation from the Board.
