Wipro - Allotment of Equity Shares

Wipro Ltd has informed BSE that :

Administrative Committee of the Company's Board of Directors vide Circular resolution dated October 28, 2009 resolved to issue and allot 7800 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 and Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2005.
