Brahmaputra Infraproject Board declares Interim Dividend

Brahmaputra Infraproject Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 29, 2009, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of
Re. 0.75 per share (i.e. 7.5% per equity share) on Equity Shares of the Company.
