HCL Technologies Board declares Interim Dividend

HCL Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2009, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend of Re 1/- per equity share of Rs 2/- each of the Company.
