Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 29, 2009, has approved the conversion of 64,100 stock options issued to its employees into 64,100 Equity Shares pursuant to the ESOS 2003.
