Kotak Mahindra Bank - Allotment of Equity Shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at it Meeting held on October 28, 2009 has allotted 57,457 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options under the following series:

ESOP Scheme Series 2005/01 : 8,280 equity shares
ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01 : 26,807 equity shares
ESOP Scheme Series 2007/03 : 2,040 equity shares
ESOP Scheme Series 2007/06 : 3,950 equity shares
ESOP Scheme Series 2007/12 : 16,380 equity shares.
