Silver Smith - Resignation of Director

Silver Smith India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received a letter of resignation from Mr. Alok Mittal, Independent Director on October 27, 2009, tendering his resignation from the present post.

The Company is in the process of filling the vacancy and filing necessary papers required to be filed by the Company as the consequence of the resignation to different authorities as per the applicable provisions of Companies Act, 1956 and other applicable rules / regulations, if any.
