Austral Coke & Projects Ltd has informed BSE that due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the Company is unable to conduct its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on due time. Therefore the Company have applied to the Registrar of Companies for extension of its AGM.
The Company is yet to receive the approval from ROC.
