Minda Industries Ltd has informed BSE that:

1. Mr. Ashok Kumar Goel, Director (Non-Executive & Independent Director) has resigned from the Board of the Company with effect from October 29, 2009.

2. Mr. Alok Dutta has joined on the Board of the Company as Directors (Non Executive & Independent Director) with effect from October 29, 2009.

The aforesaid matter about the resignation and appointment in the directorship has been approved in the Board Meeting of the Company held on October 29, 2009.
