Religare Technova Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 29, 2009 has, inter-alia, considered and approved the shifting of Registered Office of the Company from 255, First Floor, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase-III, New Delhi - 110 020 to 25, Nehru Place, New Delhi - 110019 with effect from November 1 2009.
