Dynamatic Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 29, 2009, inter alia, has considered payment of interim dividend for the year 2009-10 @ 20% on 54,14,703 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
