Shreejal Info Hubs Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2009, inter alia, has discussed the matter relating to recovery of the debts & authorised Chairman and Mr. C S Kudwe, Director, to take all the necessary steps to get the debts recovered & to do all the acts directly or indirect connected therewith, in the best interest of the Company.
