Mundra Port and Special Economic Zone Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2009, inter alia, has discussed the following:

1. Reviewing the statement of utilization of Proceeds received from IPO upto September 30, 2009.

2. Acceptance of resignation of Mr. Ameet H. Desai, Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. October 31, 2009.
