Arvind - Outcome of Board Meeting

Arvind Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2009, inter alia, has approved an enabling resolution, subject to approval of the shareholders, for raising of funds for an amount upto Rs. 250 crores through issue of further securities in the Company.
