Monnet Ispat - Outcome of Board Meeting

Monnet Ispat Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Shri. K. K. Khanna as Executive Director of the Company. Shri. K. K. Khanna has worked with SAIL as Director (Technical). He was also a members of the Board of Directors of SAIL for two years.

Shri. K. K. Khanna has also been elevated to the Board of Directors as a member. Shri. K. K. Khanna would be responsible for day to day operational matters and supervision of expansions being undertaken by the Company.
