Power Grid - Outcome of Board Meeting

Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2009, have accorded investment approval for 765 kV System for Central Part of Northern Grid - Part-III Project at an estimated cost of Rs. 1075.12 crore with Commissioning Schedule of 30 months from the date of investment approval.
