SAIL - Change in Directorate

Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) has informed BSE that on attaining the age of superannuation Shri. V. Shyamsundar has ceased to be Director on the Board of Steel Authority of India Ltd. with effect from October 31, 2009 (A/N).

Further the Company has also informed that, Shri. P. K. Bajaj has been appointed as Managing Director, Durgapur Steel Plant and Director on the Board of SAIL w.e.f. November 01, 2009 (F/N).
