Hindustan Unilever Board declares Interim Dividend

Hindustan Unilever Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2009, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 3.00 (Rupees three only) for every share of face value of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ending March 31, 2010.
