BPCL - Change in Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) has informed BSE that Shri. S. V. Kulkarni has taken over as Company Secretary of BPCL w.e.f. November 01, 2009, in place of Shri. N. Viswakumar, who has superannuated from the services and he will act as the Compliance Officer of the Company.
