IOC - Allotment of Equity Shares

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOC) has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors have allotted 121,39,76,241 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each as bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 to the eligible shareholders as on the Record Date of October 30, 2009. Consequently, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company stands enhanced from Rs. 1213.97 crore to Rs. 2427.95 crore.
