Nestle India Board declares Second Interim Dividend

Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2009, inter alia, has declared Second Interim Dividend for 2009 of Rs. 27.00 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10.00 each.
