Advanta India - Outcome of Remuneration Committee Meeting

Advanta India Ltd has informed BSE that Remuneration Committee of the Board has allotted 907 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each, on October 30, 2009 in its Remuneration Committee meeting held on October 30, 2009, to one of its employee, who has exercised his option granted under Employee Stock Option and Shares Plan - 2006. Post allotment Paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 168406320/- consisting of 1,68,40,632 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each.
