Inter State Finance - Board Meeting on Nov 05, 2009

Inter State Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the management of the Company has suggested some modifications to the 'Draft Letter of Offer approved by the Board of Directors on October 28, 2009 in respect of the Right Issue. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 05, 2009, to approve the modified Draft Letter of Offer for the forthcoming Right Issue of the Company.
