Oracle Financial - Outcome of Board Meeting

Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2009, inter alia, has allotted 17,500 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each to eligible employees of the Company who exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme. With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company increased to Rs. 418,944,430 divided into 63,768,886 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
