ITC - Resignation of Director

ITC Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. A. Baijal, Non-Executive Director, resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company as representive of the Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India. Mr. Baijal's resignation is effective August 27, 2009.

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 23, 2009 took note of Mr. Baijal's resignation, as aforesaid.
