Dolphin Offshore Board declares Interim Dividend

Dolphin Offshore Enterprises India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2009, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each.
