APW President Board approves Rights issue

APW President Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2009, inter alia, has considered and approved the proposed Right Issue of the Company and matters related thereto in line with the guideline of SEBI.
