Voith Paper - Change in Directorate

Voith Paper Fabrics India Ltd has informed BSE about the following Changes in Board of Directors has taken place:

1. Mr. Robert Patrick Burke has resigned from the office of director, vide his resignation letter dated October 15, 2009.

2. Mr. Martin Sieringhaus has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Board to hold office until the conclusion of forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The above changes in the composition of the board has been approved by the board o directors at their meeting held on October 26, 2009.
