Tatia Global - Outcome of Board Meeting

Tatia Global Vennture Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2009, inter alia, has decided not to proceed with the implementing the special resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company on Sep 30, 2009 to delist the share from Madras Stock Exchange (MSE).

Further the Company has informed that, the meeting is adjourned on November 04, 2009 to discuss about other items in the agenda of the meeting.
