Sunil Hitech - Change in Directorate

Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. S S Waghmare, Independent Director resigned w.e.f. October 30, 2009 & his place Ms. Sarita R Rathi as Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. October 30, 2009.

The resignation letter of Mr. Waghmare is received in the Month of May, 2009 but after few discussion by the Board Members the same was accepted by the Board of Directors of the Company on October 30, 2009.
