EID Parry India Ltd has informed BSE regarding the following changes in the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from October 30, 2009:

1. Mr. Sridhar Ganesh resigned as a Director.

2. Mr. V. Ravichandran, Managing Director, Coromandel International Ltd., a Subsidiary of the Company was appointed as an Additional Director.
