Parenteral Drugs - Updates on Scheme of Amalgamation

Parenteral Drugs India Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has sanctioned the Scheme of amalgamation of M/s. PFL Holdings Pvt. Ltd. and M/s. Goa Holdings (India) Pvt. Ltd. (the transferor Companies) with M/s. Parenteral Drugs (India) Ltd. (the transferee Company).

The High Court Orders shall be filed with the Office of the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai as soon as the certified copies of the orders are issued by the Hon'ble High Court.
