Wipro - Grant of Stock Options and Restricted Stock Units

Wipro Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has granted 87100 ADS Restricted Stock Units with effective date November 01, 2009 to identified employees of subsidiary Company of Wipro Ltd.

The grant of above stock options is in line with SEBI (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999, as amended and as per the terms of the Stock Option Plans.

These restricted stock unit shall vest as per the vesting schedule approved by the Compensation Committee of the Board and can be exercised over the exercise period as per the Restricted Stock Option Plans.
