Ambuja Cements - Allotment of shares under ESOS

Ambuja Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the Share Allotment & Investor Grievance Committee at its meeting held on November 05, 2009 has allotted 75,675 Equity Shares on exercise of the stock options by the employees as per the details given below:

- Stock Option Scheme 2003-2004 : 4,125 shares allotted
- Stock Option Scheme 2004-2005 : 15,750 shares allotted
- Stock Option Scheme 2005-2006 : 11,000 shares allotted.
- Stock Option Scheme 2007 (Grant - II) : 1,300 shares allotted.
- Stock Option Scheme 2008 : 43,500 shares allotted.
