With reference to the earlier annoucement dated October 21, 2009 indicating about the outcome of the Board meeting held on October 21, 2009, International Conveyors Ltd has now informed BSE that the actual resolution passed was to issue Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1 (i.e. one equity share of Re. 1/- each for every equity share of Re. 1/- each held).
