Neyveli Lignite Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of letter dated September 12, 2006 of Ministry of Coal, Government of India, Prof. M. S. Ananth, Part-time Non-Official Director of the Company, has relinquished his Directorship w.e.f. October 31, 2009 on completion of three years tenure.
