Alok Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 29, 2009, inter alia, has noted the nomination of Mr. David Rasquinha, Chief General Manager, as the nominee director of Export-Import Bank of India in place of Mrs. H S Advani, w.e.f. October 29, 2009.
