Four Soft Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 06, 2009, inter alia, have discussed and approved the Employee Stock Purchase Scheme / Employee Stock Options Scheme and in this regard it was decided to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on December 21, 2009.
