63 Moons Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 01, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone un-audited financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders (the Code) read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed from January 25, 2017 to February 03, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the specified persons covered under the Code.
