e.Star Infotech Ltd has informed that the members at the 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Adoption of Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2006 alongwith the Report of the Directors and Auditors thereon.

2. Re-appointment of Mr Vijay B Sheth, as a Director of the Company.

3. Appointment of M/s Durgesh Kabra & Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company.
