Aditya International - Outcome of Board Meeting

Aditya International Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 10, 2006, has decided to Voluntarily Delist the Equity Shares of the Company from both the Exchanges where they are listed on April 10, 2006 i.e. BSE & NSE and to recommend same to the shareholders for their approval.

Further the Company has informed that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held on May 08, 2006 for this purpose.
