Aditya International Ltd has informed that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on May 08, 2006, inter alia, to consider, and if thought fit, to pass with or without modification, as a special resolution for delisting of equity shares of the Company from the Stock Exchange Mumbai and The National Stock Exchange.
