Since the Company is adopting the Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS) from the Financial Year 2017-18, in accordance with clause 2.7 of the SEBI CIRCULAR NO. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 DATED JULY 05, 2016, the Company may submit its Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th September, 2017 to the Exchange by 14th December, 2017.<BR> <BR> Accordingly, acting within the scope of the above SEBI Circular the proposes to hold its Meeting of the Board of Directors to consider and approve Ind-AS compliant Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th September, 2017 on or before 14th December, 2017, being the due date to submit the same as has been specified in the SEBI circular.
