In continuation of the decisions and Outcome of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company duly held on May 09, 2015, A2Z Infra Engineering Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved and adopted the following with the effect from May 15, 2015:<BR><BR>1. Code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI); and<BR><BR>2. Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading as required under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
