| A2Z Infra Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Director of the Company will be held on November 09, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take record on the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter (Q2) & half year ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the "trading window" for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed in accordance with the Company's "Code of Internal Procedures & Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" from November 02, 2015 till the completion of 48 hours after the said proposal consider by the Board and made public. | |
